End chapter: ending techno mixes
The end of the underground techno journey should be about releasing energy, which I think can be done in at least 2 ways.
One option to get little bit progressive towards the end. No ground shaking basses, just a minimalistic progressive grooves. This could be combined with deep, medium energy tracks, the kind that you hear and you know immediately that the set is approaching it's end.
The other way of closing a set is to go abstract. You have to imagine here 90’ style Jeff Mills like tracks, but of course updated to today’s soundscape and quality requirements.
